The creative collective “The Pannonians” is currently showcasing a digital art exhibition in the Sigleß community hall. The exhibition features a mix of digital artworks, including an interactive screen that generates images and an “alien” installation that engages with visitors. Digital art meets face-to-face encounters, as seen at the exhibition opening, which attracted both local officials and art enthusiasts.
The exhibition was made possible through the support of the Sigleß community, which opened its space to these digital works. Although the Pannonians are active in online and international circles, they value in-person connections as well. That’s why visitors will find physical artwork displayed alongside digital pieces, with the “alien” adding an element of interactivity.
Visitors, including Mayor Ulrike Kitzinger, administrative head Doris Wagner, and art facilitator Barbara Bruckschwaiger, had the chance to experience how digital art can be brought into a community setting. The Pannonians’ exhibit brings together digital innovation and real-world engagement, offering a fresh perspective on how art can connect people.
